Automite AI ("Automite AI," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI voice agent software for
businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the
choices you have. It applies to our website, our client dashboard, and the voice agent services we
provide (together, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, and message content.
- Account and registration details — business name, login email/password, and your ElevenLabs
voice agent configuration.
- Payment information — when you purchase a character pack, payment is processed by Stripe.
We receive confirmation of your purchase and billing email; we do not store your card
number.
- Calendar access — if you connect Google Calendar, we access booking/availability data through
Google's OAuth flow to schedule appointments on your behalf.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostics.
- Advertising and analytics data via the Meta Pixel / Conversions API, used to measure ad
performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may use this data
subject to its own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including your AI voice agent.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To process payments and manage your character-pack balance.

- To measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta platforms.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
3. Third-Party Services
We share information with the following service providers only as needed to deliver the Services:
- ElevenLabs — powers voice AI and knowledge-base features.
- Stripe — processes payments; handles your payment details directly.
- Google — provides Calendar integration via OAuth.
- Meta — receives advertising/conversion data via the Meta Pixel.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
